A video is going viral on X (formerly Twitter) where users share a video of gunned men seemingly threatening the audience the video is intended for. The caption includes a transcript which states, “The Meiteis in Manipur, listen carefully! We will reach Kangla (central Imphal) within 2 months. Mr. Biren, listen carefully!” N. Biren Singh is the current Chief Minister of Manipur.
